Thank you Sarah. Since 2016 I have been an avid reader of all your work. The poetry and beauty in your writing even when about the most gut-wrenching of topics always makes me catch my breath. Your observations are touchstones while traversing these times. I’m constantly recommending your work. From across the Pacific in Newcastle Australia I wish only the best for you and your loved ones and await your coming work eagerly. Take care and thank you

I think I have read most of what you’ve written here, and two of your books. As much as your political insights have helped me understand the times we’re in I’ve always enjoyed your travel writing the most. We seem to like the same sort of places and your descriptions make me feel like I’ve been somewhere I’m likely never going to go.

Hope all is well and can’t wait for the new book to come out.

Wonderful. Always learn a new viewpoint or perspective on not only life in general but how to also retain your humanity and remember life's wonders and the majestic sights and sounds that we see and hear, and hopefully will comprehend.

And to St. Louis, besides having Sarah and family as occupants, congratulations on having Grace Beyer, the Caitlin Clark of NAIA women's basketball. If you have not heard of this young lady, who turned down D1 offers to learn to be a pharmacist after taking care of her grandfathers medications, check out the following sites: https://clutchpoints.com/naia-scoring-record-holder-brutally-honest-caitlin-clark-college-basketball and https://www.uhsp.edu/athletics/.

Just read about 46 year old Samaher Esmail whose house the IDF raided and took her away for further questioning for her social media postings. Israel Holding Palestinian-American Woman for 'Pro-terror' Facebook Posts About October 7 Attacks....https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2024-02-22/ty-article/.premium/israel-holding-palestinian-american-woman-for-pro-terror-posts-about-october-7-attacks/0000018d-ce4b-da8e-abbd-cfff0b8b0000

As of 6 days ago, this was stated in the Haaretz article: A military court judge ordered American-born Palestinian Samaher Esmail released on bail, saying, ''I very much doubt that it can be considered a crime in Israel for postings on Facebook by an American citizen who lives in the United States'

One last thing...as Speaker Johnson has already shown, he, like Sen. McConnell, can refuse to swear in a new member of the House, as he is doing so far with the NY rep. Which gives rise to the question, what if the GQP loses the House? As speaker, he can do what Pence did not, not allow a vote and not allow swearing in of Democrats. Which can cause it to be tossed to the states, of which 26 are now Republican controlled. Each state gets 1 vote. How do you think it will then end? Thom Hartmaan in a recent column spelled it out in detail. Sarah and Thom are very good at what they do...be truth tellers and enlighten their readers.

thanks again, Sarah.

Thank you Sarah for your honesty and continued fight for bringing the truth to light, no matter what.

I finally got a job this morning after being out of work for 9 months, and when I get my first paycheck I'll become a paid subscriber. Wish I could have done it sooner to support you, but I'll be so excited to do it then.

My wife and I have read all your books, all of your X (Twitter) posts, until we gave up on it shortly after Musk took over, and we love these essays and are looking forward to your new book.
