Somehow I stumbled into Blue Oyster Cult's sound check/semi-rehearsal in Seattle and the sound system was so loud my stomach trembled from the music vibrating through my body when they broke into "Don't Fear the Reaper." That was in 1977 and the emotional and physical memory of that session has stayed with me.

Trump continues to lie about anything and everything, Congress is in a state of Orwellian chaos over the border and Biden just seems to meander around being defended by MSNBC as much as the collective of right wing nut house networks and Christian nationalists proclaim Trump as the second coming...of something.

Reading you 500m from Maidanin Kyiv tonight.... the 10th anniversary is coming up quickly.... it will have uninvited guests. I was at Babyn Yar yesterday. I am keeping it together by working with food kitchens and visiting Ukrainian schools..... There's positive here..... we all have to simply "keep buggering on" as Winston said.
I just don’t see that there’s a choice! Afraid a third party candidate will sway the election to Trump. But, I agree that our political system is in a quagmire of historical proportions!
